Returns Policy

At XEquipment, we understand that investing in Pilates equipment is a big decision, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Before making a purchase, we encourage you to review our Returns Policy and choose the right equipment for your needs. You can also visit our showroom to try the equipment before purchasing.

Please note that only items purchased directly from X Equipment are eligible for returns. If you bought your equipment through a distributor or reseller, please contact them directly for assistance.

Delivery & Product Inspection

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your equipment thoroughly to ensure it meets your expectations. Any concerns or issues must be reported to our customer service within 3 working days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Products that are faulty or damaged (not due to misuse) are eligible for returns.
Due to the size and nature of Pilates apparatus, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if the equipment remains unused and in its original packaging, it may be returned at the customer’s expense within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Faulty or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please provide images and details of the issue within 3 working days.
Our team will assess the issue and, in most cases, ship replacement parts to resolve it.
If the issue cannot be resolved with replacement parts, we will provide further instructions on the next steps.

Return & Refund Process

Refunds are processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
Upon approval, refunds will be issued within 14 working days.
